Fill Dirt
General fill for grading, pads, backfill, and elevation work.
Topsoil
Screened topsoil for final grade, landscaping, and erosion control.
Select Fill
Engineered fill to PI and moisture specs for structural work.
Sand
Washed or utility sand for bedding, concrete, and drainage.
Fill Dirt Delivery
Fill dirt is the most commonly ordered material we handle. It is used for rough grading, building pads, backfill behind retaining walls, and general elevation changes. We source clean fill from active export sites and borrow pits across our supplier network.
Orders typically range from 4,000 to 60,000 cubic yards. For large subdivision or commercial work, we set up multi-week delivery cadences with daily truck caps to match your grading contractor’s schedule.
Common applications
Topsoil Delivery
Screened topsoil is typically the last material to go down on a project. It is used for the final 4–6 inches of grade before sod, landscaping, or erosion control measures are installed. We source screened topsoil from local processors and screen operations.
Because topsoil is lighter and often ordered in smaller quantities, it is a good fit for residential final grade, detention pond slopes, and landscape bed preparation.
Common applications
Select Fill Delivery
Select fill is engineered soil that meets specific plasticity index (PI) and moisture content requirements. It is required for structural applications where compaction performance and soil stability are tested, typically under foundations, roads, and parking lots.
If your geotech report specifies a PI requirement, we source material that meets it and can provide test documentation from the supplier. For projects requiring ongoing compaction testing, we coordinate delivery timing to match your testing schedule.
Common applications
Sand Delivery
We supply both washed and utility sand for a range of construction applications. Sand is commonly ordered for pipe bedding, utility trench backfill, concrete mixing, and drainage layers. Multiple gradations are available depending on your project spec.
Sand orders tend to run alongside other material deliveries. For example, select fill for the subgrade and sand for bedding on the same utility job. We coordinate multi-material deliveries through a single dispatch plan.
Common applications
Dirt Export & Removal
When your project generates excess soil from over-excavation, site stripping, or grading, we coordinate removal by matching your export volume with active import sites across our network. Your surplus goes to work on another job instead of sitting on site or going to a landfill.
We handle destination matching, truck scheduling, and dispatch coordination. You provide the loading crew (or we arrange it), and we manage everything from first truck to final load.
Start an export plan →Soil Brokerage
Not every project has a simple supplier relationship. When you need material from multiple sources, require a specific spec, or want competitive pricing across suppliers, that is where brokerage comes in. We work our network of vetted suppliers across Texas to find the best match for your project.
Brokerage is especially valuable for large or multi-phase projects where pricing, availability, and proximity all factor into the decision. We do the sourcing legwork so you can focus on building.

Hauling Coordination
Every delivery and export job needs trucks, and truck coordination is often where logistics break down. We manage the dispatching, scheduling, and real-time site communication so that trucks arrive when expected, site contacts are notified, and daily caps are respected.
For multi-day jobs, we set up delivery cadences in advance, specifying how many trucks per day, what times they arrive, and who on site is the point of contact. When weather or schedule changes happen, we adjust dispatch in real time.
