Services & Materials
We specialize in finding the best pricing to import or export construction soil for your project. Our core services include large-volume dirt delivery, dirt removal and haul-off, fill matching between active sites, soil brokerage, hauling coordination, site cleanup, SWPPP setup, and erosion control, all coordinated through a single regional point of contact.
We handle fill dirt (clean subsoil for grading and pads), select fill (engineered to meet specific PI and compaction specs), topsoil (screened, for final grade and landscaping), and sand (washed or utility, for bedding, drainage, and concrete). We also handle rocky or organic material. Pricing varies depending on soil composition.
Yes. We verify the origin and quality of all imported and exported soils to ensure they meet your geotechnical specifications. We can provide geotechnical reports, proctors, or photos from the source site. For select fill orders, test documentation is available from the supplier. If you don’t have a geotech or proctor, we can arrange one.
In most cases, removing excess dirt costs money, but if your material is a desirable type with a low PI, it can have value. We evaluate the material and, if it meets standards, broker it to other active sites in our network. Either way, we turn your surplus into the most cost-effective outcome possible.
In some scenarios, yes. If we have an active export site close to you and the logistics work out. The best way to get free dirt is to let us know how long you can wait. We’ll put you in our system, and if a match comes together that allows free delivery, we’ll notify you.
Yes. We help landowners and developers import common fill dirt to mitigate floodplain issues and raise site elevation to meet regulatory requirements.
Yes. We can provide a loader with an operator at a daily rate, or include it in the haul-off pricing depending on the scope of the job.
Project Scale & Logistics
Our average job is 30,000 cubic yards, and we’ve completed projects as large as 1.3 million yards. We perform best with larger quantities and can provide the most competitive pricing at scale.
Yes. We handle import and export jobs of 4,000 cubic yards or greater. This minimum allows us to deliver competitive pricing and dedicate the right logistics resources to your project.
This depends on site size, the number of excavators running, and entrance access. The average is around 200 loads per day, but we can scale up to 600+ loads daily on large sites with the right staging and equipment.
We use tandems, belly dumps, end dumps, side dumps, and trailers. If your site has a specific truck-type requirement (due to access, gate size, or road restrictions), let us know upfront and we’ll accommodate it.
We assign a dedicated regional point of contact who works directly with your site superintendents and excavation foremen. Trucking schedules are aligned with your heavy equipment operators to minimize idle time and site congestion. Real-time dispatch updates keep everyone in sync.
Excavation and grading set the pace for the entire build. If the dirt doesn’t move, nothing else can start. We can deliver dirt before construction begins, eliminating months of waiting. During active phases, we maximize daily truck loads so your equipment operators are always working, shaving days or weeks off your site-prep schedule.
The sooner the better. We have projects scheduled up to 12 months out, and early notice allows us to match your site with the best possible source or destination for the most competitive pricing. Even if your project is months away, getting us involved early saves you money.
Compliance & Site Services
Yes. We offer services to set up silt fences, erosion control measures, and SWPPP plans. Proper dirt management is a core component of stormwater compliance, and we ensure stockpiles, track-out paths, and haul routes align with your site’s requirements.
This depends on your project’s location and site access. If traffic control is required, we can help put together a traffic control plan, obtain permits, and arrange traffic control equipment.
The standard method is truck tickets. We calculate cubic yards based on the number of loads at a known capacity per truck. For additional verification, we can also provide drone services to capture a preliminary topo and post-topo survey for precise dirt volume calculations.
Yes. Once primary grading and excavation are finished, we can remove remaining spoil piles, clear trenching spoils, and ensure the site is prepped for vertical construction.
Costs, Billing & Getting Started
We reduce costs through fill matching, connecting export sites with nearby import sites to cut trucking distance and fuel costs. Developers typically save up to 50% on dirt import or export compared to sourcing independently. We also optimize logistics to eliminate idle truck time at your site.
We track historical and upcoming projects across almost all areas in Texas. This allows us to predictively estimate dirt pricing for future import or export jobs, giving you reliable budget numbers before your project breaks ground.
If you need an expedited quote, we can usually provide one within 24 hours. That said, the more lead time we have, the better pricing we can offer. Early engagement lets us match your site more effectively. We can also give approximate cost ranges immediately over the phone.
We agree on a per-yard or per-load cost upfront. When we send invoices, we include all truck tickets to verify the work has been completed. Full transparency, no surprises.
Yes. This is our preferred way to work. An on-site meeting lets you meet your regional project manager face-to-face, and lets us verify site access, staging areas, and logistics constraints firsthand.
Ideally: site location, estimated volume (in cubic yards), material type, and timeline. Photos of the dirt, a geotechnical report, or a proctor help but aren’t required to start. Don’t have all of that? Call us. We’ll walk through it together and start matching your site immediately.
