Who John is
An Austin native and a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, John knows the region and the people building it. He comes to Soil Depot from business development and workforce solutions supporting construction, data center and semiconductor projects across Texas, where he built lasting relationships with project managers, estimators and owners.
That work put him on the coordinating side of the schedule. He moved crews across multiple jobsites, sending teams from one project to the next as work wrapped up, which is the same problem a dirt haul has to solve: the right people and the right material in the right place on the day it is needed, not the week after.
Before that he did hands-on construction and remodeling. That is where the instinct comes from. When conditions change, a job stays on schedule only if someone has already thought about the next delivery, and John brings that habit to every site he works.
What a Territory Manager does

The Territory Manager is the person who holds those together for a market.
